The Senior Director of Strategic Initiatives fills a critical role as an experienced change maker and systems thinker who will advance NABS foundational truth and healing initiatives in alignment with our mission and strategic plan. Overseeing a $3.6 million annual budget, the Senior Director of Strategic Initiatives will guide and supervise the Director of Research and Education, Director of Indigenous Mindfulness, Digital Archives Manager, and Oral History Project Managers to ensure they and their teams lead with clearly defined action plans to achieve sustainable outcomes. This position will report to the Deputy Chief Executive Officer.
