The Truth and Healing Commission on Indian Boarding School Policies in the United States (S.761) has been reintroduced in the Senate. This bipartisan bill was reintroduced by Senator Lisa Murkowski (R-AK) on February 26, 2025.
Update: The Senate Committee on Indian Affairs unanimously passed S.761 on March 5, 2025.
