This article explains the purpose of the tribunal, the sacred aspects of justice, and gives a detailed breakdown of the issue of residential schools being classified as ethnocide or genocide. The findings are broken into three extensive categories: 1) Some principles of aboriginal life and law guiding my inquiry findings; 2) Mission of the Tribunal-My understanding; and 3) On the Issue of Ethnocide versus Genocide. The article also explains any legal terminology.
