Tsinnijinnie "Tsinni"  Russell is Diné, born for the Bilagaana Clan. He was raised in Grand Junction, Colorado and currently resides in Denver, Colorado. Tsinni joined the NABS team in August of 2024.

Tsinni attended the University of Colorado - Denver as a Daniels' Fund Scholar and graduated with a B.A. in History in 2019. He began earning his Master's in Library Science from the University of Alabama in 2023 as a member of the inaugural class of the SJ4A Scholarship Program. He will graduate from the Archival Studies Social Justice Master's Scholarship Program in December 2024. Prior to joining NABS, Tsinni worked as an Archival Assistant in the Special Collections & Archives Department at the Denver Public Library.
