Travis is also a dedicated advocate for truth and healing to address the intergenerational effects of U.S. Boarding School policy, both amongst his own tribe and across Indian Country.

In his free time, Travis enjoys spending time with his children, participating in cultural activities, hunting, lifting weights, riding motorcycles, and creating art.
